CMA is partnering with a growing SME business based in Havant on an exclusive basis to recruit a Finance Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. If you have varied experience in a fast-paced SME environment, this will be the ideal role for you as you take ownership of the finance function and drive forward growth within the organisation.
What will the Finance Manager role involve?
1. Production of management accounts on a monthly basis.
2. Ownership of the payroll for the entire business, including weekly and monthly paid employees.
3. Leading the annual budgeting process, including regular re-forecasts throughout the year.
4. Line management of one direct report, including mentoring and coaching.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:
* Previous experience in an SME environment is essential.
* Strong, varied finance skillset including production of management accounts.
* Experience in Construction, Distribution, Engineering, or similar industries would be beneficial.
* Excellent IT skills, including experience with Xero and/or Sage.
