Café Manager : ASDA Wigan
GBP 29000 per annum 40 hours per week
Were recruiting an experienced and passionate café manager to lead the ASDA café operation in Wigan. This is a hands on role for a strong leader who can deliver excellent customer service and smooth day to day operations in a busy retail environment.
As Café Manager, youll take full responsibility for the café, leading your team to deliver consistent standards while driving performance, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise and develop your catering and front of house team Ensure smooth daily operations across the café Manage budgets, stock and labour to meet targets and KPIs Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and compliance Build a positive customer experience and represent the brand Identify opportunities to improve service and drive sales Support, train and motivate your team to perform at their best About You Passionate about customer service Experience managing teams in a café, retail or catering environment Strong organisational and communication skills Able to manage financials, stock and performance targets Level 2 Food Hygiene and relevant catering qualifications (desirable) A motivated, hands on leader who thrives in a fast paced environment
