What you'll do
* As a Customer Delivery Manager, you'll be the linchpin between our delivery teams, partners, and the customer — ensuring seamless service, continuous improvement, and measurable value
* Ensure consistent, high-quality service across your scope, aligned with customer expectations and contractual agreements
* Identify and implement ways to enhance service quality, reduce risk, and increase operational efficiency
* Collaborate with stakeholders to embed service changes smoothly, ensuring they deliver real business value
* Oversee financial performance, from accurate forecasting to cost control — ensuring services remain commercially sound
* Act as the primary interface for customer stakeholders, promoting collaboration and long-term trust
* Lead, motivate, and manage delivery teams (both direct and virtual), while supporting capability development and engagement
* Align with the broader account strategy, ensuring Computacenter delivers as one unified team
What you’ll need
* We’re looking for a delivery leader who’s customer-obsessed, commercially astute, and thrives on making a tangible difference
* Experience managing live services with an ITIL Foundation (or higher) certification
* You understand how IT services drive business outcomes — and how to align delivery with customer goals
* Whether presenting performance insights or rallying a virtual team, you communicate with clarity and confidence
* You're a role model — inclusive, supportive, and able to bring out the best in others
* You're eager to get to the root of challenges, solve problems, and find new ways to add value
* You work across boundaries, silos, and partners with a “One Team” mindset
* You take accountability seriously, with a clear eye on customer satisfaction, financial health, and continual improvement
