Ensure that all staff are compliant with MAST requirements at all times. • Give expert advice, support, and information to police, HCPs, and Forensic Practitioners, being aware of psychological/emotional needs and responding accordingly. • Oversee the management of Clinical Leads, HCPs, FMEs, and Forensic Practitioner teams within area of responsibility, ensuring effective rostering of staff.
