We’re looking for Senior Consultants (and above) to join a recruitment business that doesn’t do “average.”
If you’ve already cut your teeth in recruitment and know how to build and run a successful desk, this is your chance to take it further.
We’re talking sectors that never stand still - construction, industrial, logistics and trades & labour. The work is busy, the pace is quick, and the rewards are big.
And let’s talk money. You’ll earn a base of £35k–£40k, plus a commission scheme that climbs up to 25%. No smoke, no mirrors, just serious earning potential for people who know how to deliver.
This isn’t a trainee playground. They only hire at Senior Consultant level and beyond here. Because they know that experienced recruiters don’t need hand-holding, they need autonomy, respect, and the kind of commission that actually makes it worthwhile.
