£130 - £170 per day

Vision for Education are working in partnership with a well-established primary school in North Liverpool seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher from September 2026.

With a strong leadership team and experienced mentors in place, this is an excellent opportunity for an ECT looking to complete their induction within a nurturing and ambitious school setting.
The Role
• Full-time teaching position starting September 2026
• Teaching responsibilities within EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on the successful candidate's strengths and experience
• Deliver engaging and creative lessons that support pupil progress and achievement
• Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Assess and monitor pupil attainment effectively
• Work closely with colleagues, parents and support staff
• Contribute to the wider life of the school community
• Opportunity to secure a permanent contract following a successful placement
The Successful Candidate Will
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be due to achieve QTS in Summer 2026
• Have a passion for primary education and raising pupil outcomes
• Demonstrate strong communication and classroom management skills
• Be reflective, motivated and eager to develop professionally
• Have high expectations of behaviour, learning and achievement
• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
