Key Responsibilities: - Ensure timely, within scope, and within budget delivery of all projects. - Develop comprehensive project scopes, programmes, and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders. - Create detailed project plans to track progress and oversee all trades. - Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring technical feasibility. - Measure project performance, reporting and escalating issues as necessary. - Attend project team site meetings, producing detailed action lists for circulation. - Adhere to building regulations, planning policies, and construction practices. - Maintain comprehensive project documentation. - Establish and manage relationships with all project parties. Qualifications and Requirements: - Proven track record in construction, fit-out, refurbishment, and building project management. - Solid technical background with hands-on experience. - Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction practices. - Effective communication skills with all project parties. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Proficiency in relevant software and standard Microsoft Office packages: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. - Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities. - A hands-on, can-do attitude with the initiative to work well both individually and in a team. - RICS qualification preferred but not essential. Salary offered in the region of £40,000-£50,000 per annum The company work on projects throughout the UK and thus travel will be a major element of the position. Project Managers must have their own mode of transport and be happy to travel.
