This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in managing forecasts, supporting efficient production planning, and ensuring our innovative gardening products are delivered cost-effectively. 🎯 The Role: What You'll Do As our Demand Analyst, you will manage a defined forecast area, working closely with Sales, Production, and Inbound Supply teams. Key Responsibilities Include: Own the forecast for a defined division, collaborating with Sales to build a robust demand plan. Support the planning of approximately 2,400 finished goods SKUs and the purchasing of around 4,500 raw material and packaging SKUs. Provide accurate reporting and insights to inform production and purchasing decisions. Assist with stock balancing between warehouses, KPI reporting, and system/SKU management (BOMs, NPD phase-in/out).
