We are looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Group Marketing team based in our Edinburgh Head Office reporting to the Head of Marketing.
A great opportunity to join our group marketing team on a 12 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, good attention to detail and with the confidence to work with various departments and disciplines. Experience in digital marketing, working with agencies, report writing and analyzing various forms of data is required along with excellent organisational and project management skills. An understanding of Google Analytics 4, content management systems, customer relationship management systems and email marketing platforms would also be required.
* Overseeing all aspects of digital marketing including the website, marketing database, CRM emails, and display advertising campaigns
* Co-ordinating web-based projects across multiple departments to ensure Miller Homes remains an industry leader in innovation
* Managing and monitoring key web KPIs using various analytical tools
* Collaborating with internal departments and external agencies to optimize user experience and create or update website content as required
* Managing and challenge the PPC agency to improve performance, ensure budget is used efficiently and new technologies are adopted effectively for display campaigns
* Working with the SEO agency to ensure best practice compliance, improve online content and generate new ideas
* Generate and contribute to ideas for improvements and innovations on our website and in other digital marketing projects
* Producing regular performance reports and recommendations
* Producing detailed project briefs and overview documents
* A working knowledge of Sitecore, Salesforce and Marketing cloud would be highly advantageous but training will be given.
