As a trusted right hand to the CEO, you will play a critical role in ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently. This is a dynamic position requiring strong judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

Executive PA duties:-
* Managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
* Acting as a gatekeeper, handling communications with professionalism and discretion
* Preparing reports, presentations, and briefing documents
* Organising high-level meetings, events, and appointments, taking minutes and producing resulting documentation
* Streamlining administrative processes to improve efficiency
To be successful as the PA you will need:-
* Proven experience as an Executive PA or in a similar high-level support role
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities
* High level of discretion and professionalism
* Proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
