Hours: Full-time, with options for 1 day on 2 days off or 2 days on, 4 days off (including sleep nights). We operate 365 days a year due to the nature of our work. Rotas are provided in advance.
Pay rate: £12.60 to £12.90 per hour (depending on qualification), £60 per sleep night (approximately £31,917 to £32,540 annually). Opportunities to earn overtime at an enhanced rate.

What We Are Looking For
We seek nurturing and supportive individuals capable of providing outstanding childcare and helping young people achieve great outcomes.
Our Stoke-on-Trent home is a small, homely setting for three young people requiring therapeutic placements. Our team supports their domestic needs, education, social skills, and organizes fun activities and excursions.

Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK without restrictions
- Prior experience in a children's care role (desirable)
- Values aligned with Esland’s, including a therapeutic, person-centred approach
- Applicants must be aged 21 or above due to industry regulations
- Successful employment contingent upon satisfactory enhanced disclosure, right to work, and reference checks (company covers costs).
