About the Role
To be employed in this role, you must be over the age of 18.
Our operation runs 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, which involves a variety of shift patterns. If you're seeking flexible working to fit your lifestyle, this role offers that opportunity. Late and weekend shifts are required, and flexibility with your work pattern may be needed.
As a Section Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for your team. You'll assist with training colleagues, communicate messages during team ‘huddles', and ensure colleagues are available to maintain product availability and meet customer expectations through careful planning of overtime and holidays.
We will support your training in different areas and help you develop your skills, making this a great opportunity for career growth in retail.
