We are seeking a skilled Calibration Technician to join our Qualification and Calibration Team in Wrexham. Your role will involve executing and managing calibration activities across laboratory, production, and process equipment, ensuring compliance with cGMP standards, supporting continuous improvement, and maintaining a safe, inspection-ready environment.
Responsibilities
1. Perform routine and corrective calibration of onsite instrumentation and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
2. Manage off-site calibration processes, including vendor coordination and documentation.
3. Maintain and improve calibration systems, including developing procedures and data analysis.
4. Support site projects, equipment decommissioning, and training of staff.
5. Ensure calibration activities meet cGMP, EHS, and quality standards, including documentation and deviation management.
6. Promote safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the site.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
1. HNC/HND or equivalent in an Engineering-related subject or comparable experience.
2. Experience as a Calibration Technician or similar role.
3. Experience with temperature and pressure calibration.
