As our Online Shop Manager, you'll take ownership of our Online Shop and Mobile Apps—driving innovation, ensuring smooth operations, and creating standout customer experiences. Key Responsibilities E-Commerce Manager: Manage, update, and coordinate developments of our Online Shop in line with Wurth-IT feature updates Maintain and enhance our homepages using your coding skills to improve design and layout Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Team to seamlessly integrate campaigns Data Enthusiast: Define KPIs, select relevant data, and improve existing reporting frameworks. Analyse customer online behaviour to provide actionable insights that influence strategic decisions Partner with inbound marketing colleagues to improve conversion rates and optimise budgets Team Player: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are on point. Support with other duties as assigned by your line manager.
