About The Role
Marketing Manager | Orbis Education and Care | Hybrid | Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
Are you a commercially minded Marketing Manager who wants to make a real impact? At Orbis Education and Care, we’re looking for an experienced and creative marketing professional to lead our marketing strategy and help drive brand awareness, engagement, and occupancy across our services.
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you’ll play a key strategic role in shaping how Orbis is seen in the care and education sector. This is an opportunity to combine creativity with commercial focus, ensuring every campaign and channel delivers measurable business results while protecting and enhancing the Orbis brand.
The Role
As Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end marketing activity, including:
Developing and delivering a data-driven marketing strategy aligned to commercial objectives
Leading launch campaigns for new homes, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and occupancy targets are met
Managing and optimising digital platforms including the website, social media, and email marketing
Overseeing the creation of high-quality marketing collateral such as brochures, signage, and digital assets
Championing the Orbis brand and embedding our values into all communications and campaigns
Identifying and delivering local and national campaigns that differentiate Orbis in a competitive market
Tracking, analysing, and reporting on marketing performance and ROI to support continuous improvement
Working Relationships
You’ll work closely with the Commercial Director, senior leadership, and operational teams to ensure marketing activity supports wider business priorities. You’ll also build strong relationships with frontline teams to ensure campaigns resonate across the organisation. Externally, you’ll manage agencies, suppliers, and partners, acting as a brand ambassador for Orbis.

Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how marketing drives occupancy and growth
Proven experience delivering impactful marketing strategies and campaigns
Confidence managing digital channels and brand-led communications
The ability to influence stakeholders and gain buy-in at all levels
A creative, proactive approach with strong attention to detail
Experience working with agencies and managing multiple projects at pace
Resilience and adaptability in a fast-moving environment
