The organisation is recruiting for a Clinical Deputy Manager. The successful candidate will hold CQC registration and a Level 5 in Health and Social Care, and will be required to hold a Nurses PIN.

Job summary: Deputy Manager reports to the line management of the home and provides support to staff and the people supported. You will take responsibility for developing and implementing systems and processes to ensure high-quality care and support, and you will work with relevant governing bodies on new business opportunities for the service.
Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and support to staff and residents to ensure high-quality care and support.
* Develop and implement systems and processes to maintain regulatory and quality standards.
* Collaborate with governing bodies on new business opportunities for the service.
* Supervise, coach and appraise team members as part of a people-first approach to care.
Qualifications & Requirements
* CQC registration
* Level 5 in Health and Social Care
* Nurses PIN
