The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of matters, including mid-market M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, restructurings, and general corporate advisory work. Clients include major corporates, private equity-backed businesses, and high-growth companies.

You’ll bring at least four years’ PQE from a recognised City, national, or leading regional firm, with strong technical skills, commercial acumen, and experience running transactions and managing client relationships. You’ll also enjoy mentoring junior Lawyers and contributing to business development.
