You'll be instrumental in upholding our high standards of customer care and creating memorable experiences for our guests in our vibrant hotel environment.
What You'll Do:
As a Day Porter, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
* Engaging directly with guests, always prioritising exceptional service.
* Supporting various hotel operations, from greeting guests at reception and assisting with luggage to helping out in the restaurant or bar.
* Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy.
* Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
* Setting up for conferences and events and assisting our housekeeping team as needed.
