The vacancy
Hours: 24 hours per week
We are currently looking to recruit a Lettings Officer to join our team at Roman Court on a 6 month fixed term contract.
Within the role you will ensure an effective and responsive delivery of the lettings process within the Court by ensuring a quality service to Housing 21 customers and applicants who wish to let a Housing 21 property.
You will be responsible for efficiently administering the new lettings process to achieve lettings and voids targets, whilst supporting the Scheme Manager and Regional Teams in weekly lettings activities, facilitating marketing plans, and undertaking local promotional activity.

What we're looking for
The essential requirements for the role include:
* Experience in working in an administrative role
* Experience in working in a customer interface environment
* Excellent interpersonal skills to support work with customers across a range of circumstances
* Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and manage priorities
* Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt approach for different audiences
* A customer focused and positive mindset
* Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
* Good knowledge of IT System including Word, Excel and Outlook
* Educated to GCSE Grade C (Level 4) or above or equivalent experience.
