A well-regarded Jewish secondary school in Bushey is seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Sociology Teacher with the ability to teach A-Level Sociology, to join their team on a permanent basis from September.

The Role
* Teaching A-Level Sociology
* Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons
* Supporting students to achieve strong examination outcomes
* Monitoring progress and providing effective feedback
* Taking on Form Tutor responsibilities
* Contributing positively to the wider life of the school
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Confident teaching A-Level Sociology
* A clear and confident communicator who builds strong relationships with students and colleagues
* Organised, reflective and committed to high standards of teaching and learning
* ECT candidates are welcome to apply and will be supported appropriately
Additional Information
* Fridays are half days, supporting a healthy work–life balance
* Competitive salary offered, dependent on experience
