Behaviour Support Learning Assistant
Location: Ferryhill | Primary (KS1 & KS2)
Protocol Education are seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to work within a PRU setting supporting pupils with SEMH needs.
This is a fast-paced and sometimes challenging role, but one where you will see real impact in pupils’ lives.
What you’ll be doing each day:
* Supporting behaviour management strategies
* Working with pupils who need additional guidance
* Encouraging positive routines and engagement
* Supporting teachers in delivering structured lessons
* Helping pupils develop coping strategies

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
