Responsibilities
* Support and lead the conference and banqueting team to maintain the highest standards of service in luxury events.
* Hands-on involvement to ensure events are meticulously organized and executed.
* Coordinate with relevant departments to deliver seamless guest experiences and exceptional hospitality.
Qualifications
* Strong background in event management, particularly in luxury event settings.
* Proven ability to lead and inspire a team to uphold exacting standards of service.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in coordinating events.
* Commitment to creating a luxurious, seamless atmosphere and to continually refining event management procedures.
* Proactive, quick-thinking approach to ensure flawless execution of events at Cliveden House.
