Job Title: FRA Site Supervisor Site Supervisor – Fire Protection (FRA Remediation) Region: North London / Home Counties Package: £38,000 £42,000 Company Van Phone About the FRA Site Supervisor Role: We’re working with a leading Passive Fire Protection contractor delivering FRA remediation works across social housing schemes in London and the Home Counties. Due to continued growth, they’re looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a carpentry or Fire stopping background and strong knowledge of fire regulations, looking to progress their career within a specialist and growing sector. 95% Site Based Role, Supervising the installation of Fire Doors. Key Responsibilities for the FRA Site Supervisor Supervise and coordinate direct labour and subcontractor teams on multiple active sites Oversee fire door installations, fire stopping, compartmentation, and containment works. Ensure all works are carried out in line with current fire safety regulations and company standards Managing the fitting & Install schedules - Supporting the installers with problem solving Conduct quality checks, RAMS reviews, and toolbox talks Liaise with clients, residents, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery Complete site reports and documentation using company systems (must be IT savvy) use of One Trace, BM Trada, Boris or Bulster is a good startRequirements for the FRA Site Supervisor Proven experience in a supervisory role within fire protection or FRA remediation projects Strong knowledge of fire regulations and passive fire measures Carpentry background or relevant trade experience Experience within the social housing sector (occupied properties preferred) Confident managing both direct labour and subcontractors Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer for the FRA Site Supervisor Competitive salary – £38,000 - £42,000 per annum Company van and mobile phone provided Ongoing training and development opportunities Stable pipeline of long-term social housing FRA projects Supportive and growing company culture with Huge growth plans Interested?
