What is a Client Care Coordinator?
Putting client-centred care into practice requires the support of the entire organisation. We are seeking a passionate and committed Client Care Coordinator to join our team at our West Midlands centre. Here, you'll be part of a friendly team that empowers clients to make reproductive choices that are right for them.
About the Role
As a Client Care Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, supporting them through their care journey. From phone consultations and data entry to reception duties and client liaison, you'll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, client-centred care. This list is not exhaustive, and progression opportunities are based on competencies. You will receive bespoke training tailored to equip you in providing safe and effective abortion care to our clients.
