The Role
You’ll lead account relationships across three pillar clients in drinks, FMCG, and retail – owning the commercial performance, strategic direction, and stakeholder confidence across your portfolio. This means partnering with C‑suite decision‑makers on complex branding projects from strategy through activation, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring every deliverable reflects the standard that keeps clients retained year after year.
You’ll manage two direct reports within a client services team of 12, developing their capabilities while ensuring seamless project execution across strategy, creative, and operations. Your accountability runs end‑to‑end, from scope management to financial performance, and the cultural insight that keeps brands relevant.
The Package
* £60,000 – £65,000
* Five days in the studio

The Person
You’re an established Account Director from a mid‑to‑large branding or advertising agency with strong FMCG experience. You’ve managed C‑suite relationships, grown client accounts, and developed junior talent. You understand complex project management across strategic branding work and want genuine ownership over client partnerships that evolve over time, not just project delivery.
