We have a vacancy for a Senior Lettings Administrator/ Negotiator to oversea the lettings operation for residential properties at Wainwright and Edwards. The Ideal candidate will need to have an in-depth knowledge of the lettings market and the relevant legislation. A clean driving license is essential with access to a vehicle at all times.
Your Role
* Proven experience in Senior lettings role.
* Strong leadership, motivational and managing skills.
* Carry out market appraisal/valuations with the view of building a relationship with the landlord and obtaining the property to rent out.
* Accuracy and attention to detail is essential as daily banking must be processed and landlord and supplies paid accordingly. Submit monthly information to the accountant for the VAT return.
* Manage the lettings process from start to finish, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
* Communicate effectively with clients and tenants, providing exceptional customer service. Handling maintenance and repair issues, dealing with Landlords, tenants and outside contractors.
* Organize viewings and negotiate rental agreements, utilizing strong administrative skills.
* Conduct property inspections and inventories.
* Maintain records and databases, ensuring compliance with regulations, knowledge of Client Protect, Data protection, Property redress scheme.
Salary to be agreed depending on experience and hours worked.
The position will be based at Tarleton.
