Consequently, the already high-calibre core commercial team is looking to raise the bar with an equally talented Commercial Finance Business Partner to undertake a pivotal role which will help underpin future growth.

Key Deliverables
* Join the existing finance team to drive commercial analysis and business support during a period of sustained growth and increased project work
* Alongside the Senior Leadership Team, lead on acquisition modelling, investor presentations and due diligence costings to deliver organisational growth
* Analyse and produce necessary financial information to inform and drive performance across the group
* Lead on the investigation on financial and commercial anomalies and communicate business partner with wider group stakeholders to resolve
* Partner with external stakeholders to understand the needs of the group and take initiative to raise the bar across business-wider performance
* Operate internal controls, rectify identified errors, and take appropriate action, enhancing internal controls where required
* Support the delivery of budget setting and month end processes through the analysis and evaluation of financial and operational data, identifying drivers of past performance and forecasting of future performance
Skills / Experience
* Advanced Excel skills enabling the effective analysis and evaluation of high quantities of data
* Experience of data analysis, delivering performance reports, developing managing information reports and dashboards
* Good attention to detail with ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload to meet agreed deadlines
* Minimum of 3 years experience of reviewing and analysing financial information and reporting on results
* Excellent oral and written communications
* Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities and schedule
* Keen interest in AI with experience using AI tools to increase automation, outpace competition and inform leadership of benefits and capability
