* Monitoring project expenditure and valuing completed construction work

* Occasional travel to other UK locations as part of placements
* Learning is delivered remotely alongside on-site project experience

Key Criteria (What We’re Looking For)

Essential

* Five GCSEs at grades 9–4 / A–C*, including Maths, English and a Science
* 112 UCAS tariff points from A-Levels, BTEC or equivalent Level 3 qualifications
* Strong interest in construction, quantity surveying or commercial management

Desirable

* Interest in contracts, cost control or commercial decision-making
* Ability to work across teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders
