We are seeking experienced Workday Implementation Consultants to support a long-term engagement with a prestigious client. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful Workday HCM projects within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support Workday HCM implementations, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
* Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday solution
* Provide subject matter expertise in Workday HCM and Absence Management.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation and post-go-live support.
* Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Must-Have Requirements
* Workday HCM Certification OR UK Payroll Certification (active and verified).
* Proven experience in Workday implementations, ideally across multiple clients or industries
* Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Highly Desirable
* Workday Absence Certification.
* Experience with other Workday modules (e.g., Time Tracking & Compensation).
* Workday Reporting and Integration knowledge.
