Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Workshop Manager/Engineer, based in Rochester. The role entails overseeing daily workshop operations, supervising the service and maintenance of heavy equipment, ensuring machinery safety and compliance, and managing a team of technicians. Responsibilities also include maintaining inventory, liaising with suppliers, preparing reports, and ensuring that all work aligns with quality and safety standards. Qualifications
* Strong technical skills in mechanical engineering, including diagnosing and repairing machinery
* Proficiency in managing workshop operations, inventory control, and maintenance scheduling
