Role Overview - Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will support children's development across all areas of learning in line with the EYFS framework. The Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will play a key role in delivering engaging activities and maintaining a safe, positive environment within this Waltham Forest setting.
Responsibilities of the Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
Support children's development as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner through structured play and activities
Assist in delivering EYFS-based learning experiences
Ensure a safe and nurturing environment as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
Observe, assess, and record children's progress
Work closely with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents
Requirements for the Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential)
Experience working as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
A caring, patient, and proactive approach
Commitment to supporting children as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
