We are recruiting a technical supervisor for our site based in Sidcup. RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide leadership in the technical area to ensure that contractual commitments are met and exceeded. - Provide prompt and accurate feedback to end users on any technical issues, this includes Account Management and customers - Train and mentor engineering team and supporting staff within own technical competencies as and when required - Act as point of contact with CCEP appointed Electrical Compliance supplier for site. - Work with other Operational managers (Engineering Manager, HSE Manager, Procurement Manager, Regional Lead and Alliance Director) to ensure the collaborative development of the business, effective team working, and support to colleagues. - Ensure appropriate control systems to ensure statutory, policy and contractual commitments are met. - Ensure early identification of business-as-usual activities which could impact compliance and PPM completion are escalated to the account Management Team - Provide an onsite support service for the sites operations that achieves optimum performance and reliability of client assets, improves site resilience and delivers within agreed timescales - Support in account audits and provide necessary input to ensure non-conformances are not raised. - Ensuring a customer focus within all areas of operational activities, and that effective relationships are maintained with key client contacts. - Promoting and maintaining the core values of CBRE GWS. - Provision of leadership and guidance, advice, coaching and direct support, where required to deliver best practice - Provide a learning environment, and appropriate training and development planning. Ensure basic training needs are delivered, employees are fully competent to undertake their roles, and can reach their full future potential - Act as liaison with technical business leaders, facilities managers, and other internal and external clients to forecast workload demand and project deliverables. - Manage, plan, coordinate, schedule, and oversee the workload, deadlines, and day-to-day activities of the support team members to ensure effective delivery of services.
