Purchase Ledger Administrator
Location: Robertson House Castle Business Park Stirling FK9 4TZ
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 38.75 hours per week
Contract: Permanent - Full Time

Your new role
What you’ll do:
1. Process Purchase Invoices/Credit Notes accurately and within prescribed time frames to ensure contractual compliance where possible.
2. Reconciliation of the Purchase Ledger to the General Ledger within agreed timescales.
3. Responsible for moving all invoices into Capture, check the details correct and they are in Access Dimensions (AD)
4. Responsible for liaising with supplier to resolve any queries
5. Ensure appropriate authorisation procedures are adhered to
6. Reconciliation of Supplier statements.
7. Ensure all written and computer work/input is completed accurately
8. Co-operate effectively with colleagues and Management
9. Any other task that is reasonable for the Robertson RM Purchase Ledger Team Leader or Financial Controller to ask you to carry out which is within your capability

11. Demonstrate good communication skills
12. Demonstrate good PC Skills – must have working knowledge of MS Word & Outlook.
