A Google AI/ML & GenAI Evangelist is a highly skilled and influential professional who acts as a bridge between Google's cutting‑edge AI technologies and the developer, business, and academic communities. This role combines deep technical expertise with exceptional communication and public‑facing skills. The primary goal is to drive the adoption and successful implementation of Google's AI, Machine Learning, and particularly Generative AI products and services.
Responsibilities
* 14+ years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large or boutique consulting firm.
* 4+ years of experience serving clients in the HiTech vertical.
* Google understanding of Digital, Native, Cloud & DevOps, FinTechs, Technology platform companies.
* Evangelize Google's AI/ML and Generative AI products (e.g., Vertex AI, Gemini models, AgentSpace) through public speaking at major conferences, meetups, and webinars.
* 2+ years of experience with AWS, Google Cloud, Azure preferred.
* Solid core consulting skills (storyboarding, logical structuring, executive presentation, business case development, etc.).
* Experience in Project/Program Management is a plus.
* Strong experience with AI/ML, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and development of Generative AI models.
* Proficiency with prompt engineering, model fine‑tuning, and MLOps practices.
* Create compelling technical content, including blog posts, tutorials, and open‑source code examples, to showcase the practical applications of Google's AI tools.
* In‑depth knowledge of the Google Cloud Platform, particularly its AI/ML services like Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, and Google Kubernetes Engine.
* Ability to understand business needs and translate them into a clear technical vision.
* A passion for solving real‑world problems with AI.
* Ability to travel 20%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
