Senior Management Support Team Administrator

The Central Norfolk Locality are looking to recruit a friendly and experienced Senior Management SupportTeam Administrator to support the Parent and Infant Relationship Service (PAIRS), Perinatal Community Mental Health Team and the Lotus Service. This will be a split role across the whole Service and would suit somebody who is outgoing and confident, with the organisational skills to manage their own workload to support the needs of the service.

You will be joining a multi-disciplinary team of skilled professionals aided by a small group of dedicated administrators, in a positive and sociable working environment.

Main duties of the job

You will need to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a dedication to confidentiality and service user experience.

Customer service skills and full administration experience will be essential for this role. The post holder will also be expected to attend meetings as required, take minutes to a high standard and follow up on any actions as necessary.

You will be joining a dedicated friendly team. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook will be essential. Knowledge of the Trust system Lorenzo and ESR would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided. Diary management and the ability to support senior management colleagues are also essential.

Job responsibilities

The role will focus on supporting the Clinical Team, Senior Leadership Team and a variety of stakeholders.

To provide the best service to our service users and staff the ideal candidate will be able to work on their own initiative, to remain calm under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude.

Person Specification


Qualifications

* NVQ 3 Business Administration or equivalent


Experience

* Understanding and experience in a full range of secretarial procedures and systems gained through senior level.
* Working under pressure and working on own initiative without supervision
* Ability to work with senior members of staff across a large organisation.
* Supervision and Appraisal experience of lower banded staff.
* Day to day line management


Skills

* Excellent articulate communication skills, inc a good standard of literacy
* Interpersonal skills including taking a proactive diplomatic approach and ensuring confidentiality at all times.
* Ability to co-ordinate and prioritise incoming tasks and work to strict deadlines
* ICT skills including Microsoft (especially word processing, spreadsheets and presentations, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent.
* Able to work flexibly and creatively to meet the needs of the service


Knowledge

* Maintaining administrative / secretarial systems
* Establishing / reviewing administrative systems


Other

* Able to travel independently
* Able to work as part of a team

£27,485 to £30,162 a yeargross per annum pro rata
