Designer at Superdry will be responsible for creating and developing innovative, consumer-focused products in line with CEO’s vision. They will play a key role in driving product development forward, ensuring designs are market-aware, commercially relevant, and aligned to brand direction. Collaborating cross functionally to deliver cohesive, high-quality ranges that balance creativity, functionality, and sustainability in a fast paced, agile environment. This role is 4 days a week in office.
You Will
* Work closely with the CEO and Design Manager to develop innovative products that strengthen brand relevance and create customer excitement.
* Manage the end-to-end delivery of styles from concept through to launch, ensuring design integrity and commercial objectives are achieved.
* Plan and manage multiple projects, including seasonal collections and in-season initiatives, working to multiple critical paths and key deadlines.
* Use consumer insight, category strategy, and brand positioning to identify and execute product opportunities.
* Research trends, markets, and inspiration, translating them into designs that align with the brand DNA across fabric, block, and branding.
* Create accurate, detailed design packs and specifications to support efficient product development and production.
* Present concepts, design rationale, and recommendations clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.
* Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with design, technical, quality, sourcing, regional, and supplier teams to deliver outstanding products and support sustainability goals.
* Contribute to the delivery of department objectives by influencing others, driving continuous improvement, sharing expertise, and role‑modelling company values and behaviours.
You Are
* An experienced and highly skilled product designer with deep knowledge of design principles and your category.
* Creative, solution-focused, and able to simplify complex challenges into practical action.
