You’ll create and deliver the core work yourself - designing workshops, building playbooks, shaping advisory boards, and turning unstructured client conversations into structured, high‑impact deliverables.
What You’ll Do
* Lead Medical Affairs and scientific engagement projects
* Design advisory boards, workshops, playbooks, and capability frameworks
* Synthesise complex, unstructured input into clear content and deliverables
* Manage senior pharma stakeholders and moderate expert discussions
What You Bring
* Medical Affairs consulting experience, scientific engagement, medical communications, or life‑sciences strategy
* Hands‑on content creation experience (workshops, frameworks, narrative decks)
* Comfort working in ambiguity and building structure from scratch
* Strong client‑facing and stakeholder management capability
