Job Description
3. Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate coding to the ledger.
4. Prepare and execute payment runs in line with company policies.
5. Reconcile supplier statements and address discrepancies promptly.
6. Maintain up-to-date records of purchase ledger transactions.
7. Assist with month-end tasks, including ledger reconciliations.
8. Respond to supplier queries in a professional and timely manner.
9. Support the accountancy and finance team with administrative tasks as needed.
10. Contribute to the improvement of processes within the ledger function.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Purchase Ledger will have experience in the above and be on short notice.
