1. Own the day-to-day management and strategic evolution of InterAction+ and HubSpot
2. Develop and maintain CRM best practices tailored to legal industry workflows
3. Partner cross-functionally to drive CRM adoption and value across the business
4. Oversee CRM data governance, quality, and enrichment to ensure accurate reliable inputs and valuable outputs
5. Deliver reporting and insights on various metrics including client engagement, relationship strength, pipeline activity, and marketing performance
