We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable EYFS Teaching Assistants to join our pool of supply staff, supporting Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) pupils across a variety of primary schools in Goole. This is a flexible position ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic settings and are passionate about nurturing young learners.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist the lead teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
2. Support individual and small group learning activities.
3. Help create a safe and stimulating learning environment.
4. Monitor and record student progress.
5. Communicate effectively with parents and staff.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience working with young children.
2. Knowledge of the EYFS framework.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Adaptability and a positive attitude.
