A law enforcement organisation is seeking a number of Business Change Leads to join in new pivotal roles, these will be delivering transformational change across the national organisation and its network. Working within the Change Pillar, you will help programmes, projects, and regions prepare for and adopt new ways of working that enable improved operational outcomes and long‑term benefits.


You will lead Business Change Managers, provide expert guidance across the portfolio, and act as a key influencer with senior stakeholders in shaping and embedding effective change.

These are permanent positions based in Central London but they office location can be flexible, hybrid working available (1 or 2 days a week in the office). The salary range for these positions is £59,301 to £72,254 + excellent benefits and allowances.


Due to the nature of the role the successful candidate will need to undergo DV vetting (developed vetting) and therefore the start date for the position will be dependent on that coming back and this can take a number of months to come back.


What You’ll Be Doing

Leading Change Delivery

* Define and implement robust Business Change approaches across complex programmes and projects.
* Ensure change initiatives are understood, adopted, and sustained across the Network.
* Provide specialist advice on assessing change impacts, business readiness and resistance management.
* Support the delivery of project and programme benefits through aligned Business Change strategies.

Centre of Excellence Contribution

* Support the Head of Business Change in developing and maintaining a Centre of Excellence.
* Manage and enhance Business Change frameworks, toolkits, templates and guidance.
* Conduct quality assurance of Business Change activity across the portfolio and regional teams.
* Upskill Project Managers, Change Managers and the Regional Change Network.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

* Partner with Programme and Project Managers, Business Design, Benefits, HR, Communications and other HQ teams to deliver holistic and people-focused change.
* Work closely with Regional Change Managers to develop capability and manage the cumulative impact of national change.

Leadership & Management

* Line manage Business Change Managers, driving performance, capability development and professional standards.
* Provide leadership across high-complexity programmes and capture lessons learned to strengthen overall change capability.


What You’ll Bring

Essential Experience

* Deep practical experience of Change Management techniques, including readiness, resistance management, and cultural/behavioural change.
* Experience providing change consultancy and influencing decision makers.
* Proven facilitation of groups, including senior leadership.
* Strong customer-focus, using insights to shape effective interventions.
* Knowledge of programme/project approaches including MSP, PRINCE2 and Agile.
* Experience managing complex workloads with excellent attention to detail.
* Prior experience leading a team of Change Managers.
