The Role
You will deliver engaging and informative lessons to Level 2 and Level 3 Health and Social Care students, supporting them to develop the knowledge and practical skills needed for careers in the sector.
Key responsibilities include:
* Teaching Health and Social Care to Level 2 and Level 3 learners
* Planning and delivering high‑quality, engaging lessons
* Assessing student work and providing meaningful feedback
* Supporting learner progression into further study or employment
* Contributing to curriculum development and team collaboration
Requirements
* A relevant degree in Health and Social Care or related subject
* PGCE or Level 5 Teaching Qualification (TQ)
* Proven experience teaching Health and Social Care
* Strong understanding of the Health and Social Care sector
* Ability to engage and motivate learners across a range of abilities
Desirable
* Experience teaching within a further education setting
* Nursing or clinical background
