Aftermarket Sales Team Leader
– a hands-on role where you'll support and coach a small sales team while still being actively involved in customer sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and support the Aftermarket Sales team to achieve targets.
* Personally manage customer accounts, driving aftermarket sales across software, service contracts, retrofits, consumables and services.
* Oversee sales pipelines, reporting and CRM accuracy.
* Promote a customer-first, performance-driven culture.
* Build long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
What we're looking for:
* Proven sales experience (aftermarket, B2B or technical sales).
* Some team leadership, coaching or mentoring exposure.
* Comfortable with inside sales, customer calls and account management.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Experience in industrial or technical sectors is desirable but not essential.
