There is no option for hybrid work for this position.ResponsibilitiesAssisting a team of skilled consultants, directors and employment lawyers you will be:Preparing accurate letters, proposals and reportsManaging diaries, arranging appointments and booking lunchesProtecting the interest of Collinson Grant and our clientsEnsuring processes are completed in full and correctly from start to finishOrganising travel and hotel accommodationMaintaining databases and data cleansingEnsuring standards of written work and service to customers are always maintainedChecking written work including reports, presentations and proposals to house styleLiaising with clientsAnswering the telephonePhotocopying and bindingHelping to organise eventsSupporting other administratorsAssisting with the management of our facilitiesGenerating CVs for internal recruitment positionsAbout youYou must:have a hands-on approach to work and be willing to assist with a range of tasksbe able to work to tight deadlines and to prioritise your workloadhave excellent communication skillsbe an advanced user of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and be proficient in the rest of the Microsoft Office programmeshave a flexible approach to workload and hours of workbe able to drive and have access to your own vehiclebe educated to A-Level and GCSE (B grade and above) standard and ideally have a degreebe able to produce excellent quality written workbe looking for a long-term positionhave a high attention to detail.
