What can you expect working as a Line Leader in Peterborough
1. You will play a pivotal role in managing, leading, and inspiring Production and Machine Operatives to run one of our Citrus, Grape, or Loose line seamlessly.
2. You will also advocate for best working practices by ensuring colleagues follow correct safety procedures and work alongside Quality Control to ensure the freshness of products.
3. You will make active decisions in a fast-paced environment, regularly check KPIs, and suggest alternative ways to improve the efficiency of the line.
4. You will promote a safe space for colleagues and be a valuable team player in contributing to the culture, and motivate your team to excellence.
