One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Product Manager with expertise in CRM. Permanent role Location West Midlands / Birmingham / Solihull 2 days per week in the office Salary £60,000 75,000 bonus You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, customer success, engineering, and data teams to build and optimise customer journeys across multiple channels and building platforms. Responsibilities: Define and execute the CRM product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs. Own end-to-end delivery of CRM features and enhancements from ideation to release. Drive personalisation, automation, and segmentation strategies using CRM tools and platforms. Work with data and analytics to define KPIs, measure campaign and product impact, and continuously optimise the CRM strategy. Identify opportunities to integrate CRM with other systems (e.g., CDPs, marketing automation tools, customer service platforms). Gather requirements from stakeholders, write user stories, and prioritise work in the product backlog. Stay up to date on CRM best practices, tools, and technologies to ensure our stack and strategies are cutting-edge. Champion the voice of the customer in all product decisions. Experience: Product Management experience with a focus on CRM or customer engagement platforms. Proven experience with CRM tools/systems Strong understanding of customer lifecycle strategies, retention, and lifecycle marketing. Experience working with engineering, design, and marketing to build and optimise customer communication journeys. Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to inform product decisions. Desirable: Experience working in fast-paced SaaS, eCommerce, or digital product environments. Knowledge of customer data platforms (CDPs), data integration, and API workflows. Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks. Agile/Scrum experience.
