Age UK Enfield (AUKE) is the leading provider of advice, dementia care and support, day care, fitness and frailty support services in the diverse North London borough. Their mission is to improve the lives of older people in Enfield by ensuring they are valued, active, connected, and able to live the life they choose.
Age UK Enfield is seeking an experienced, driven, and strategicCEOto lead its team of 30 staff and 60 volunteers with passion and energy. This is an exciting time for the organisation, as a landmark project is underway, creating significant opportunities to expand its offerings with a new bespoke facility. The new Chief Executive Officer will drive the execution of strategic objectives, oversee financial and operational management, and grow Age UK Enfield’s footprint through income generation and service development.
To be successful, you need:
* Proven senior leadership experience as a CEO or similar senior level, with a strong track record of managing teams, working with a board, operations, and strategy in a charity or relevant sector.
* Proven track record in successful fundraising, securing grants, and forging strategic partnerships, with expertise in diversifying income streams.
* Demonstrable experience in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and oversight of financial reporting.
* Extensive experience in developing and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, funders, and health and social care partners.
