We're looking for a proactive and organised Transport Coordinator to support our Transport Team at the heart of our live operations.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate drivers, vehicle movements, deliveries and collections
- Be the daily point of contact for drivers, porters and internal teams
- Support and deputise for the Assistant Transport Manager
- Handle client and stakeholder enquiries
- Help resolve operational issues quickly and professionally
- Process purchase orders and general admin
- Keep workflows running smoothly and ensure processes are followed
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks
- Confident with IT systems and quick to learn
- Detail‑focused, calm and customer‑focused
- Positive, proactive and solutions‑driven attitude
Other Requirements
- Full, clean driving licence
- Flexibility for early starts (typically 6:00–3:00 or 6:30–3:00)
- Occasional weekend/on‑call support during peak event periods
