We are looking for a U12s Casual Academy Coach to join our progressive and inclusive Academy team. This role is crucial to creating a high-quality, supportive, and enjoyable learning environment for young players in our Talent Pathway. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging football sessions aligned with our club philosophy and player development programme. Lead or support the team during match days. Foster a learning culture where players are encouraged to ask questions, understand the 'why' behind training, and take ownership of their development. Implement and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs), ensuring formal feedback is given to each player at least three times per season. Collaborate with fellow coaches, medical staff, and the multidisciplinary team to support the holistic development and wellbeing of each player. Work closely with the Safeguarding Manager to ensure welfare standards are upheld at all times. Ensure all training sessions and matchdays reflect our developmental values and provide meaningful experiences for players and their families. What are we looking for from you?
