The Assistant Project Planner plays a key role in assisting the planning and delivery of infrastructure projects, Reporting to the Senior Planner, this role contributes to the development, maintenance, and optimisation of project schedules and planning systems to ensure successful project execution. This is an Agile role and there is a requitement to attend meetings in our Warwick office as needed along with customer visits. Ideally candidates will be Midlands based.

What youll do:

1. Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6.
\n
2. Prepare weekly look-ahead plans, dashboards, and Planned vs Actual reports.
\n
3. Reviewing activity sequencing/phasing, durations, resources, and safety requirements with the operational teams, to ensure buildable programmes are developed, understood by the team, and submitted to the Internal Project Teams in line with contractual timescales.
